A privately owned rv resort
General Information
- Office hours Monday – Saturday 9 am to 12 noon--1 pm to 5 pm-----Sundays 9 am – 12 noon
- Check in from 3:00 pm. Call our office 352-542-8365 if you are coming in after 5:00 pm.
- Check out no later than 11.00 am.
- Quiet time 10:00 pm – 8:00 am.
- Keep noise to a minimum and respect all your neighbors.
- Visitors must register at the office. Day passes must be purchased.
- Park pass must be displayed all the time in your vehicle, front windshield.
- Park speed limit is 5 mph.
- Only 1 RV and 1 vehicle per RV site. No more than 6 people per site at any time.
- Roads and paths for use. No parking on or use of vacant sites at any time.
- Neighbors sites are private, no tresspassing.
- Boat trailers and extra vehicles must be parked in the overflow parking lot.
- Golf carts may be driven by guests 25 years of age or older, must have a driver's license and show proof of insurance and ownership of the golf cart.
- Children under 18 of age are not allowed to drive electrical or gas-powered scooters, mini-bikes, mopeds, cars/motorcycles, etc. On the resort property.
- Children must be accompanied by parents or guardians when visiting bathhouses and rest rooms. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the laundry room. Adults only.
- No ATV's, or off- road vehicles are allowed in the park.
- All RV's must be well maintained, no mold.
- Washing of RV's and vehicles must have a permit purchased from the office.
- Mechanical work of any kind is not allowed on RV sites.
- Clothes lines are not permitted. Keep your site free from clutter.
- Screen rooms must be permitted by the office.
- Smoking is prohibited in all buildings, and inside pool fence.
- Campfire in fire rings only. Do not move fire rings, rule 5B-65 firewood quarantine in effect! Firewood can be purchased from the office.
- Fireworks and firearms are prohibited on the property.
- Garbage (household trash only) to be taken to the dumpsters located next to the red building at the entrance.
- Cardboard boxes must be broken down flat and put inside the dumpsters. Surveillance cameras in use.
- No cutting/trimming of limbs, trees, bushes or digging in the grounds. Violators will be fined.
- We do our best to keep tree limbs cleaned up. We are not responsible for damage caused by falling limbs or severe weather conditions.
- RV park management reserves the right to evict anyone for behavior detrimental to the campground and its visitors.
- Your occupancy is subject to florida statutes 513.114, 513.117, 513.121, and 513.13.
Pet Rules
- Pets must be on a leash max 6 feet long when outside.
- Large fenced in shaded dog park for free running pets. (marked on map)
- Never leave your pets unattended on your RV site or inside/outside your cottage.
- Excessive barking not allowed
- Clean up after your pets, dispose the poop bags in the dumpsters.
- Pets are not allowed inside the pool fence, laundry room, clubhouse or bath houses.
Pool Rules
- Open hours vary with season
- No lifeguard on duty swim at your own risk.
- No glass containers of any kind allowed inside the pool fence.
- No smoking inside the pool fence.
- Adults must accompany children under the age of 14.
- For health reasons children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the hot tub.
- No diving into the pool or hot tub.
- No running.
- Puddle jumpers for children and noodles are the only items allowed to be brought into the pool.
