Camping Credits may not be used on Holidays or Holiday Weekends.

Cancellation Policy

Payment in full is due when reservation is made. All reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE
If a reservation is cancelled, Camping Credit will be issued at the sole discretion of Management.
NO SHOW/NO CALL ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CAMPING CREDIT

Daily and/or weekly reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to your arrival date. To be eligible for Camping Credit you must call our office and follow up immediately with an email. An administrative fee equal to the value of one (1) night stay will be charged.

Reservations on holiday weekends must be cancelled at least 14 days prior to your arrival date.
Monthly reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. Camping Credits are issued at the sole discretion of Management. Please contact our office for details.

Camping Credits expire one (1) year from the date your reservation was made.
Camping Credits can only be used once and cannot be used on Holidays/Holiday Weekends or
transferred.

Early departures, for any reason, are not eligible for Camping Credit.
Camping Credits are issued at the sole discretion of Management.
No Camping Credits for rainy days (this applies to boat rentals also).
Camping Credits are issued based on the amount paid, less an administrative fee.
Cancellation policies apply to all rentals, including RV Sites, Cottages, and Boat Rentals.
These Policies may change at the sole discretion of the Management.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO UNDERSTAND THE CANCELLATION POLICIES BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATION. YOU MAY CALL THE OFFICE IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.

Check-in time is 3:00pm or later.

If you will be arriving later than 5:00pm please call our office for instructions.

Check-Out time is 11:00am.
