Reservation and
Cancellation Policy
Your Stay Must Be Paid In Full At
Time Of Reservation.
This is NONREFUNDABLE if
reservation is cancelled,
only Camping Credits will be issued, less the (1) non-refundable night.
NO CALL / NO SHOW ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR CAMPING CREDITS
- Cancellation
must be made 14 days prior to arrival date (BY PHONE CALL FOLLOWED UP BY EMAIL A MUST) to received Camping Credits,
minus the non-refundable night. Camping Credits expire 1 year from the date your reservation was made. You can only reschedule your camping credit 1 time and it cannot be used on holidays or
transferred.
- Early
departures for any reason are not eligible for refunds or Camping
Credit.
- Solely
Yellow Jacket RV Resort management determines Camping Credit.
- Camping
Credits will be given for mandatory evacuations only.
- No
credits for rainy days.
- A
Camping Credit is issued based on the amount paid, not a specific
reservation. It's a dollar amount credited to you, and a camping credit
must all be used for a future single stay, it can't be divided up for
multiple stays.
- These
Cancellation Policies applies to all rentals, including RV Sites,
Cottages, and Boat Rentals.
- These
Policies may change at the sole discretion of the management of Yellow
Jacket RV Resort.
IT IS YOUR
RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW THE RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY, BEFORE YOU
MAKE YOUR RESERVATION.
